First meeting From our series of studies on AI and automation you will learn: How we share expert knowledge, learning from each other, how we managed to develop interesting projects that are real GameChanger in the field of process automation and optimization, how we use them to develop our business, but above all, our Partners' projects! Welcome to part one, which will introduce you to the world of Harbingers x AI! Hatching of an idea There is no good project without an equally good idea and, above all, an appropriate representative who will lead it from beginning to end. It is impossible not to mention Filip Krasiński, Partner at Harbingres!
Filip, together with Mateusz Cisowski, initiated an experiment whose aim was to consciously implement automation and artificial intelligence in the current work of Harbingers teams. The first idea was to conduct a hackathon, where the main topic was Algeria WhatsApp Number the use of AI in the company, finally we decided to organize AiMay workshops for a selected group of people, during which we will work on automating our everyday tasks and making friends with artificial intelligence. We decided that the form of a series of workshops would be more effective than a hackathon, because workshops allow us to: group projects so that they are thematically similar,

Thanks to which we can focus on specific tools that are needed to solve "one bag" issues we plan several editions of thematic AI workshops, adding educational elements that have no place in a hackathon, better coordination of work by implementing the project step by step - first we standardize knowledge and get to know the tools, and then we develop solutions while being on the same page, providing better support to teams that take part in workshops, both during them and between individual meetings, - obtaining more predictable work results. Importantly, many elements complement each other when teams work - there would be too little time during the hackathon to notice this and use this synergy. Most solutions concern processes from different areas of the company, which requires sometimes verifying the .
